During my third elevator pitch I definitely felt the most comfortable compared to the first two. I was suggested to be more energetic and use more emotion during the pitches by my peers. I think this is my best performace.

    Hey Jeffrey,
    I think this is a pretty good elevator pitch. Kudos on having it be exactly one minute. I think that you are definitely being more expressive towards the end of this video. The beginning? Maybe not. It's all about improvement though and I think you've done that. I am also definitely a fan of your app idea. If you could turn this idea into a beautifully designed, user friendly app, then I believe a lot of UF students would want to use it.

    Hey Jeffrey,
    I think this elevator pitch was really good and it seemed like you knew exactly what you were going to say going into it. It was really straightforward which is a good thing because people tend to only listen to the first couple minutes of a presentation. I think that you were able to bring more energy to this pitch than your last one which will help keep people interested.

Jeffrey Celebrating Failure

Something I try almost every week is a strict workout routine, something I have not followed through once. That accounts to many failures. Now my body weight fluctuates naturally depending on what I eat or drink and the excess calories are not offset by burnt calories from working out. I’ve learned that I need to better at planning. I need to make strict schedules and write motivational notes to myself every morning and night so working out is always on my mind and it consciously becomes a part of my life. Not that I am embarrassed by my failures but more ashamed. I am ashamed that I couldn’t keep to a schedule and be the person I want to be. I showed me that np many how mad I say I want something, I’ll never do what I need to achieve it without putting in the required effort.
